User Agreement

This Agreement defines the terms of use of the Site wellington.lk (hereinafter referred to as “The Site”) and its materials and services by the Users.

1. General Terms

Use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the applicable laws of Sri Lanka.
This Agreement is a Public Offer. By accessing the Site materials, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement.
The Site administration may change the terms of the Agreement unilaterally at any time. Modifications take effect 3 days after posting a new version of the Agreement on the Site. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Site materials and services.

2. Responsibilities of the parties

The User agrees not to use the Site for illegal purposes or actions that violate intellectual property rights, copyrights, or related rights.
Use of Site materials without explicit permission of the copyright holders is prohibited. Any lawful use requires obtaining a license from the copyright holders.
When citing Site materials, including copyright works, providing a link to the Site is encouraged.
Comments and posts by Users must not violate laws or generally accepted moral norms.
The User understands that the Site may contain links to external resources, and the Site administration is not responsible for any visit or use of such external resources.
The User agrees that the Site administration is not responsible for any loss or damage related to Site content, goods, services, or information obtained from the Site or external links. All use is at the User’s own risk.
The User accepts that Site materials or services may be accompanied by advertising. The Site administration has no liability for any advertising content.

3. Other terms

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled according to the laws of Sri Lanka.
Nothing in this Agreement creates partnerships, agency, joint activity, employment, or any other relationship not expressly stated.
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Failure of the Site administration to act on any violation does not prevent it from taking action later to protect its interests and copyrights.

By using the Site, the User confirms that they are aware of these terms and accepts them. All responsibility for use of the Site and its materials lies with the User.
